Elias and Kristina Godoy have been full time brokers since 2001 and opened Triangle Specialist Sales, Leasing, + Property Management in 2008. They have two children raised in Raleigh and their bond as a family enables them to have a keen understanding of the stresses that can arise during the relocation of their clients. Triangle Specialist was created to develop a more hands on approach to property management to better assist homeowners with maintaining their valuable investments.
They have an intimate knowledge of the entire Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and all the small towns in-between) and offer guidance to help home buyers, sellers, and investors understand current market conditions. They focus on keeping up to date with the most innovative forms of marketing for their homes for sale and lease.
