Elias and Kristina Godoy have been full time brokers since 2001 and are also the owners of the Fonville Morisey Triangle Specialists real estate sales office in North Raleigh. They have two children raised in Raleigh and their bond as a family enables them to have a keen understanding of the stresses that can arise during the relocation of their clients. They created Triangle Specialist Leasing & Property Management to develop a more hands on approach to property management to better assist homeowners with maintaining their valuable investments.
They have an intimate knowledge of the entire Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and all the small towns in-between) and offer guidance to help home buyers, sellers, and investors understand current market conditions. They focus on keeping up to date with the most innovative forms of marketing for their homes for sale and lease.
Elias and Kristina are awarded every year for outstanding sales production and have a large team of agents and service providers within the Triangle Specialist office to further create the full-service approach to their clients’ needs. They have provided property management services throughout the majority of their real estate careers and offer flat rate fees and reasonable service providers to further assist homeowners.
